You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags and packaging included

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items that have been modified, cut, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item does not match the description or images
  • Customer preference (as long as the item remains in original condition)

4. Return Costs

All return and exchange costs are fully covered by us:

  • No return shipping fee
  • No restocking fee
  • Free prepaid return label will be provided

5. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of:
    • The received item
    • Original packaging

Step 2: Request Review

Once we receive your request:

  • If the request is not eligible, we will notify you by email with the reason
  • If the request is approved, we will send you an email including:
    • Return approval confirmation
    • A prepaid return shipping label
    • Instructions for packaging the item
    • Return warehouse address
    • Instructions for dropping off the package at a nearby carrier location

Please note:

  • You are required to print and attach the return label to the package
  • If you are unable to print the label, please contact us for assistance
  • Please pack the item securely with its original packaging to avoid damage during transit

Step 3: Return Shipment

  • Pack the item according to the instructions
  • Attach the provided return label
  • Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Processing time may vary depending on:

7. Exchanges

We support product exchanges upon request.

  • The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process
  • You must submit a request via email as outlined above

Once approved:

  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
    • We will ship the replacement item
    • Or provide an appropriate alternative solution if needed

All exchange-related costs are fully covered by us, including return shipping and reshipping. No additional fees will be charged.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift items
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
